- Who Can Apply: Active TMEA Members with current 2026-2027 membership who teach elementary music in Gr. PreK–5 in Texas.
- WHEN: September 1 - October 30, 2026 by 4:30 PM CST
- For What: Music, music equipment, instruments, instructional software, and other music educational materials.
Grant funds may not be used to purchase computers, tablets, and iPads, and other computing devices. - Where to apply: https://www.tmea.org/elementary/grant/
- For How Much: A maximum of $1000 per campus will be awarded. Multiple teachers from a district can apply.
- Notification: Applicants will be notified in December 2026 of their application status.
