We will assist you with an email template, which you can customize, to send a brief explanation
of the program and your affiliate code to friends and family. When they make any online purchase,
adding your affiliate code during checkout, it will help support your organization.
4. Get $$$ for every online order generated with your affiliate code!
With every purchase that includes your affiliate code, your organization
will earn either a cash rebate (up to 10%) or merchandise credit (up to 15%).

What are my costs? Are there any hidden fees?
There are no fees at all involved in joining our Affiliate Add-a-Link Program.
What are the advantages to the Add-a-Link program?
This is a great way to effortlessly earn passive income throughout the year-- even during the summer. Plus, it can be combined with any other fundraising programs. Also, by adding the Affiliate number to prepaid school purchase orders you will earn cash or merchandise credit.
How much can I earn?
Quarterly sales up to $1000 = 5% cash or 10% merchandise credit.
Quarterly sales over $3000 = 7.5% cash or 12% merchandise credit.
Quarterly sales over $5000 = 10% cash or 15% merchandise credit.
(Total sales will be calculated on merchandise subtotal. Shipping, handling and tax not included.)
What will I have to do to make this a success?
Remind your organization's members, friends and family that
all purchases made at Music in Motion with your affiliate number will help
support your organization. We will provide you with an email template with
your affiliate number, which you can customize and send to all. We'll also
give you a link & affiliate number to place on your website which encourages
people to shop at Music in Motion.
How often do I get paid?
You will be paid quarterly by cash or merchandise credit, whichever method you choose when signing up for the program.
1st quarter (Jan - March): Payment by May 15
2nd quarter (April - June): by August 15
3rd quarter (July - Sept): by November 15
4th quarter (Oct - Dec): by February 15
What about returns?
All our merchandise is 100% guaranteed. If you're not completely happy with any purchase for any reason, just return the item(s) by UPS or insured mail within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Any refunds will be credited against your affiliate sales total for the quarter.
Do sales carry over from quarter to quarter?
No, sales are calculated and paid out each quarter.
What if I start the program in the middle of a quarter?
You will still be paid at the end of that same quarter, even though it is a partial quarter.
Can I participate in the Add-a-Link Program and the Show & Sell Program simultaneously?
Yes, you can enjoy the benefits of both simultaneously! While the Add-a-Link Program costs nothing, takes very little effort and generates passive income year round, the Wholesale Program earns high and immediate profits.
Can purchase orders also apply towards my affiliate earnings?
Yes, if purchase orders are prepaid by check or credit card at the time the order is placed and include the affiliate code, these will be applied towards your earnings. (If the purchase order is shipped and billed on Net 30 terms, however, earnings will not apply to this.)
